Lack of Diversity in Healthcare for Women

Description

During A Dialogue in a Time of Fracture Workshop, female students discussed that Rutgers Newark was not providing enough outlets for women when it comes to physical and mental health. There is a major lack in diversity when in comes to female physicians, and women are feeling left behind and ostracized. They feel Rutgers needs to do a better job at taking care of their female students.
