Recently the phrase, "your body, my choice" has been going around and we can see the effects it has had on women and children. This phrase has been normalized because someone in a position of power spoke it without consideration towards others. Children are a product of their environment and will continue to repeat what they are exposed to without truly understanding the gravity of what they are saying.
