Adult Learners in Rutgers Newark Community

Description

Access to opportunities are not afforded to students of older demographics comparatively to that of normal aged students. Access to faculty and resources during normal business hours prove it difficult for adult learners who have regular 9-5 jobs. Also, opportunities such as internships are seen as not as accessible for adult leaners due to the inability to financially accept such positions.
