Description
An Anchor Institution is an institution that has roots in a community, has power whether that is economic power, cultural power, etc. Chancellor Cantor founded the Newark Anchor Collaborative and has lead Newark's Anchor institutions to collaborate on solving Newark's seemingly intractable problems.
